CONSUMER PROTECTION AWARDS. iN 2011 WARCRA was successful in winning the Richard (Dick) Fletcher Award in recognition of excellence in advancement, development and promotion of consumer protection in Western Australia. On the 18th March 2011 the President accepted the award on behalf of the Association at a special luncheon ceremony at University House. As well as the award certificate the presentation included a cheque for $2600.  The award also resulted in several media interviews, radio, TV and newspaper.
